Infected by unknknown trojan

hi,

this is driving me crazy from last couple days. i got some link on google search showing porn video. when i clicked on that it asked me to download some kind of codec to view that file. i did run the codec and next thing i know is that my internet browser has been hijacked.

now every time i try to open window it keeps popping out the message
"YOUR COMPUTER WAS INFECTED BY UNKNOWN TROJAN. IT'S DANGEROUS FOR YOUR SYSTEM(CRITICAL FILES CAN BE LOST). CLICK OK TO DOWNLOAD THE ANTISPYWARE PROGRAM TO CLEAN YOUR SYSTEM! (RECOMMENDED)" This message pops every single time i try to open window and also when i do google search there is one link shows this exact message and below is the youtube porn video. i did run AVG antivirus, Ccleaner, spybot & destroy, FixIEDef and then hijack this. But it didn't fix any problem.
