   My PC was infect by a w32 virus, it was cleared out but now when i boot up my pc it tells me that the hardware has been significantly changed and i have to register my windows XP again, but i havent changed anything it still the same stuff in it as before, any help cocerning what i should do next why be greatly helpful.

   What exactly did you run and what exactly did it delete? You are no outside the realm of malware removal and probably will need to post in the Software Forum or will have to discuss your problem with Microsoft. You probably need to reactivate Windows.
