Infected Computer

Hello All

I am new major geeks but find the website generally excellent. I hope I am posting in the right place. My computer is infected with somekind of Maleware.I am running Microsoft Windows XP Version 2002 Service Pack 2

I ran all the tests in your try this before posting and have attached the log files.

My compuuter seems to be generally running ok but is infected. I use trend micro anti virus and it always picking up viruses such as TROJ_AQVA.A. I can find no info about this on virus encyclopies. In start run MSCONFIG I have the following entries MSJCF & MSVCP which I understand are slightly dogey .

I cant access my add remove programs folder and the only way I can access safe mode is by setting MSCONFIG to boot into it.

I have attached my hijack log, Panda scan log and Bitdefender log which I hope is the required infomration. I installed hijack this as instructed via your website.

Any help will be greatly appreciated as I am tearing my hair out.

 

Is there any reason why I am not getting any replies to my post. Im worried i may of done somthing wrong.

will run the other tests asap. Just a matter of finding the time. I appreciate you guys are very busy as well.

From the information supplied would you say I have any problems that need to be addressed or is the computer ok.

I understand that some viruses can be constantly picked up through the system restore every time you rescan, is this the case.
