Infected Malware

Hello,

Recently my computer (win 7) has been exposed to public network and I got infected. Malwarebytes catching some intrusion by blocking some program /server very frequently. Please help me clean the computer.

As instructed, I have installed and ran all programs (except Mgtools), and logs are atached. Somehow, Mgtools did not run. When I ran it as administrator, it opens a command window , where I found some errors like " ... *.bat is not recognized as a program " etc . It runs for sometime ,and closes by it self. C:\Mgtools folder has only a filelog and a temp folder ( 2 files, junk and sysinfo). I have attached them as well.
