Infected network, logs for single computer

How many PCs are you talking about? And don't you have an IT Department that should be helping you with this. You really cannot expect to get FREE help for a business if you are talking about more than 1 or 2 PCs.

Hmmmm???? What kind of business allows programs like below to be installed?

And then there are also these which make no sense to be on a business computer unless the business is for game playing/evaluation/reviews?

I know my company would consider all of these as off limits and grounds for dismissal.

If all of your PCs are truly infected then cleaning one may just result in it being reinfected when you put it back on the network.

But yes this PC is infected and your Malwarebytes log shows you did not fix what it found. Did you fix those items? Did you forget to fix first before saving the log.

 

I was just questioning the facts you gave. You said

You did not say this was a personal computer. What you stated implied it was a company computer on a company network. Most companies would not allow such programs and also company run IT departments would not want you using resources like MajorGeeks to repair company computers since company information may be exposed. Even thought most IT organizations do not have the expertise to remove all forms of malware, they would want to use their own methods ( frequently means a format/reinstall or reimage ) to fix.

Also we have had quite a large number of people come here seeking help for company owned computers that they are getting paid to support and they expect us to provide our services for free. Fixing one personal computer is not a problem. Fixing one company owned computer is not a problem either as long as company policies do not prohibit this. But fixing more than one company owned computer for free is not something we are willing to do when companies should have IT people on their payroll for doing this.

We can help you fix your personal computer if you wish, but I would recommend that you do not connect it to a company network when either of them are already infected.
