Infected - Please advise

I have performed "READ & RUN ME FIRST". Computer has been sluggish for a while. Noticed wuauclt.exe running on my processes and performed "Read & Run" (which is still running). Tried to also update a couple of windows security patches which failed. Please review my logs and advise my next course of action. Am thinking I need to clean machine before I try to download the MS updates. Also need to get this wuauclt.exe off.

(Unable to save log from Counterspy but it was run and quarantined)

this file: wuauclt.exe

wuauclt.exe is a process managing automatic updates for Microsoft Windows. This process continuously checks for the latest updates and uses the Internet to do so. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

Should not be removed. Though you can set the update service to manual.

The only things I see that you should do are:
Use add/remove programs to uninstall:
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
Reboot and install:
Java Runtime 6

Then:
Run HJT and have it fix this item:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE
