Infected pmnnk.exe and .dll - Winfixer

Please HELP...
I had a previous thread regarding problem with running a XP Repairing after trying to correct virus/malware. I have completed the reinstall but I still have the virus/malware problem. I have ran uperAntiSpywarer serveral times. It first found 7 instances of Winfixer and posted several registry entries for pmmnk.exe one in registry under LOAD. SuperAntiSpyware says removing and quarantining the files but after reboot they just return. After reboot Spyware Terminator shows block Process rundll32.exe Registering App C:\...\pmnnk.dll

Listed below is output from dir of system 32 with today and yesterdays file. Also provided is Hijackthis log as well as SuperAntiSpyware.
I have taking the machine of the network so I have to copy files to flash drive to post.
When i check c:windows\system32 is see the following files either hidden or read only or both- Out out from dir. I have changed the hidden and read only attribs and tired to delete with no success under Admin access.

While reviewing other post for possible fixes I reviewed the post showing the proper procedure for support and posting messages listed in the RUN ME FIRST post for removal of Malware. Sorry for posting the in line messages.

Would like to use Avast Antivirus but having a difficult time remove Symantec and even removing from Symantec from Startup.

If you still have quarantined files of Norton's, try removing them with Removing Files from Norton AntiVirus Quarantine

Whether you're able to run the above or not, just continue with the following:
Norton Removal Tool (SymNRT)

After finishing these two steps, please go through the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs with your next post.
