Ok i did a scan with NAV,spybot,Microsoftspyware and kaspersky all came back clean. Then i go to do a scan with mcafee and it finds this.

    C:\...\arc.zip-6c522c5b-3e233180.zip AdClicker-O.dr

It wont tell me the location or give me an option to delete it so what do i do.

Normally there is a log file that contain all the info. But you could also just search your PC for the file yourself. Just use Windows search. If running Windows XP, set it up as the link below indicates:

Hmm well i did what you said and it didn't find arc.zip-6c522c5b-3e233180.zip AdClicker-O.dr or AdClicker-O.dr so what's going on.Another thing i ran a bitdefender scan, windows security scan and ewido and all 3 came back clean.

Are you saying you have both McAfee and Norton installed? If so, don't do that. Uninstall all but one antivirus application.

Perhaps the file is already deleted!

Is the file still showing in a scan!

Perhaps the file in question is inside of another archive or in System Restore. If you do not know where to look because McAfee is not telling you more than what you gave in message number 1 and a system search does not show the file, there is not much we can do to help you.

Try a different online scanner. Or even run the steps in this sticky thread: READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

You could even run some of the tools in: Alternative Scans

You need to find something that gives you full path info. However when you used Windows Search as I asked, what filename did you use? Try to us a wildcard instead of the full name. But again this file may be hidden within another file.

    Wildcard search like this:
    arc*.zip

    or

    arc.zip*
