Infected with Win32.AutoRun.tmp virus

Ran Spybot recently and it found my system is infected with a Win32.AutoRun.tmp virus. I followed the malware removal link from your page. I attached the following logs and wanted advice before I proceeded any further. Thanks in advance for any help.

Also, I tried "Run as Administrator" on the TDSSkiller.exe file on my desktop, but it did nothing. Following the post "TDSSKiller - How to run", it said to skip running this program and proceed with the rest of the steps of the malware removal guide.

 

I've been getting a pop up screen that says "Message from website" in the header and then it says "Thanks" with a button that says "Ok". The pop up shows up randomly after closing my internet browser. I will screen shot and post it when it occurs again.
