infected

Firstly ive followed the sticky thread and downloaded the spyware programs and followed the steps contained within the thread but my problem still persists.

1.Firstly my desktop image does'nt appear and all i get is a blank screen which flashes from white to yellow my icons do still appear though.

2. Secondly when i click my icon on my desktop to connect to the internet my hompage will load and then after about 3 seconds it will automatically close down without warning. This is not always the case though sometimes it will freeze after 5 minutes then close down or sometimes i can browse the internet for longer.

Even though some of the programs have picked up on viruses etc here are some that i cannot delete. This is what the programs have picked up on

spybot search and destroy picks up on a file named "DSO Exploit" and says that a secruity hole in the IE browser has occured alowing websites to execute code without asking first. Now when i try and delete the file it says that it has succesfully deleted it but when i run the program again the file reapears.

Since my computer seemed to be infected ive also had random files popping up in my documents and my pictures etc These file are called

desktop.dm
thumbs.dm

Other files that i have failed to delete but seem to be high risk are

powerRegschedulerv3.exe
c:\windows\system32\spoolv32.exe

 

Its says version 0.0.0.0 and i dont know what you mean about the other you'll have to explain how to find it out. Btw ive been running my computer in safe mode and the internet runs fine i dont no wether that helps.

 

Its version 1.3 and it says that "no detection updates installed" and when i search for updates it says " no newer updates available ".
