Hi. Back in early April I started having problems with starting up my computer (Gateway desktop PC at home running Windows XP divided into 5 user accounts - me, husband, & kids)- it would fail to start normally and the it went to a black screen with options for start up, and I could only start up with the last configuration used, not the normal startup. Then my AOL spyware scanner (which I can't seem to get rid of) started finding "Adware", and I delete it and it comes back. I followed your Windows XP Cleaning Procedure, and Malwarebytes seemed to find something, and things went pretty well for about a week and then the scanner found Adware again and I started getting the black startup screen every time I started up. During the cleaning process, I was confused about some things, and so maybe I screwed up somewhere:
    - I have five user accounts - should I be running the scans or the cleaner 5 times - once in each account?
    - the toggle system restore at the end - I was going back and forth between accounts and rebooting and I wasn't sure whether I should have turned off system restore before I started all the cleaning, and then turned it on when done - as far as I recall I never turned it off until the end when I toggled, and so I can't figure out how the restore points wouldn't be infected, which seems like was the case and that's how I got re-infected. Anyway, I've attached the logs from a month ago. I don't want to re-run them until I know for sure what I should do with system restore and the 5 user accounts - Thanks!!

The logs you attached are clean ( though you should note what was found). I will also make a strong suggestion that you do not allow all users to have admin. privileges!!

Your system needs to be upgraded:
    Total Physical Memory 512.00 MB
    Available Physical Memory 132.84 MB

If you are still having issues ( and I would suggest youuninstall AD-Aware!! and run SAS and MBAM on all user accounts), then you need to rerun all the scans and attach the new logs.
