Infection not getting detected, HELP!!!

For last 2 weeks , I have been experiencing problems with my machine.
Problems are:
1) I have only one partition C:. When I click on it to open it, a program selection window pops up, asking to choose program to open C:. I can access it though through typing at RUN.
2) Though folder options are visible, but i am unable to unhide my hidden folders.

I suspected infection by semo2x.exe ,which is at present infecting my workplace computer, but on scanning with symantec I didn't find one. Even tried to change its attributes at command prompt. it said file not found. Also symantec showed two infections- infostealer.gampass and hacktool.rootkit few days ago. I deleted the files and now on running scan, they too do not show up. I tried AVG anti-rookit, PREVX csi and Trend Micro CW spyware search, but they too failed to pickup infection.

Can anybody please help in solving my problems???:cry

P.S. Since i am a newbie, i do not know if there is already a solution for my problem which may have posted earlier. If there are posts earlier related to this , kindly give their links. Also attaching m HJT log

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If you cannot run certain steps, just note what happens at each point and then continue on thru ALL steps. When you return, tell us what happened and attach any requested logs you were able to get. Do note, without logs, we can not do much to give you specific help and can only guess which is not a good thing to do.
