Install Vista ISO from USB flash drive?

    Hallo

    At the moment I can only boot my laptop using a vista recovery disc that I downloaded, as my system is messed up. I can access cmd prompt this way. Is it possible to boot and install/or install vista from a a usb flash drive this way? So far I have not been able to.
