install wizard interrupted (message)

    trying to download blackberry software. it downloads to a certain point (after the unzip-zip files) and then a message: "install wizard interrupted" "try to run set-up at another time". I tried starting all over again on three separate days and same message appears. I have windows xp service pack 2. The message is not specific detailing WHY? it was interrupted. THANKS FOR ANY HELP -- Frank Byzinski

    p.s. I am downloading from blackberry. com (not from a software disc)
