Installing 98 programs onto XP

I need to install some 98 software on my XP system. I cannot get it to install and need these programs badly. I have tried running them in compatibility mode with no effect. Is there a way to force the install? What do you do if your software is for 98 and cannot be sourced for XP?

 

Why don`t you create a duel boot setup? 2 partitions with 2 OS?

 

Or go the Virtual PC route.
