Installing a new OS

    Hi, my computer came with 4 gig of ram and vista 32 bit, my first question would then be does 32 bit utalize the ram fully, i have heard it does not but i am not 100% sure.

    If it does not i also have a version of 64 bit that i can install, how would i go about doing a complete clean install and getting it to the stage where i can use it again for everyday use.
