Installing Java 6 error message

    Greetings all -
    Running thru Malware removal steps. Logged into WinXP in workgroup (not attached to any domain), attempting to execute jre-6u3-windows-i586-p-s.exe. Receive error message "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".

    Plz advise..thx, S2
