Installshield Update Manager

Greetings,

I am having a problem with the update manager of Installshield Update Manager. From what I was able to gather I have not been able to do any schedule backups since June of last year (2009).

I do not know if I am missing a plug-in, folder, or driver but certainly something is missing that is not allowing me to do these backups.

I am not sure what I need to do and was hoping that perhaps you can instruct me as to where to go from here.

Do I need a new update manager and if I do? Would I need to un-install Installshield? Is there and update manager you prefer to use than that I have? If so what do you recommend?
