Intel Active Management Status disabled

    HI I am getting an error message telling me that intel has been disabled .Can the computer work effectively without it .Would I have done something to disable it ?Or would it have been dione before the person I bought this computer from 2 yrs ago was knowledgeable about computers and had VISTA taken out of this system and Windows Professional installed ,Would this have anything to do with my freephoneonline not being connected to the internet ?

    If I need intel how expensive is it to install ?
