Intel ProSet Wireless Not In Windows Corner?

So I have some Malware issues and used TDSSKiller to help get rid of it, but after using it I had some problems with my Intel Wireless Proset driver. Pretty soon it would say "Plugin could not be found", so after a few System Restores and Last Configuratin That Workeds, I was able to get it to run the exe or at least the proram.

But now it doesn't appear down in the right hand corner of my screen by the clock. What caused this and how do I fix it? I imagine its a registry problem as part of the startup, but how do I fix it?
