Please help. I have no idea what Intel Rapid Storage Technology is. I've heard it used in reference to RAID (which I have no idea what that is), but I have heard that it increases performance and battery life.

Problem is, sometimes my computer starts to glitch and the sound gets all distorted and things start to respond really slowly (especially games that use flash) and I'm sure it has something to do with the Rapid Storage Technology because every time I hear that distorted sound, the little Rapid Storage Tech balloon pops up and says something about detecting a port or deleting a port. And the only way to get my computer to start acting normally again is to restart it.

    Any ideas?:confused
