!!intenet problems!!

HI this is my 2nd post and this is a really bad problem.
after stupidly using a "internet tweaker" on the program auto mz auto tweaker
and now my internet has slown down badly ( im on dial-up so it bad enough)

before: average download speed was 4.8kbp.

after: average download speed is 3.5kps (sometimes even slower)

there was a backup tool in the program but i accidentally over rid it and now i cant get it back. rolleyes rolleyes
so does any one know were to get the original registry setting for the internet.
any help would be appreciated:major:major:major

If XP ( as I have no idea what your sig line Windows 2.0 is representing apart from a massively outdated early win version and if your using that then sadly I cannot help as i never used it ) then try this to reset TCP/IP http://www.majorgeeks.com/XP_TCPIP_Repair_d4521.html

or failing that use this to re-optimize http://www.majorgeeks.com/TCP_Optimizer_d2104.html its generally the best of the bunch in DUN tweaking.
