internal error 2349

    Hi,

    I had a lightling strike which trashed my modem/router and killed my PCI bus and blocked access to the computer however by re-installing Win XP SP 2 I have managed to get it limping along until my replacement mobo arrives. I can access most of my programs but I am locked out from MS office 2003. I followed MS instructions for un-installing but am unable to re-install as I get the message "internal error 2349". Is there a way that I can circumvent this problem please.
