internal stack overflow

    I'm trying to set up a getto box to run folding and I'm having hard drive trouble. I got one that looks like it will work but half way through the format I get a format halted because of stack overflow. I know how to do an edit in config.sys but I have no idea what to set my stacks to. It's a samsung 3.2 GB CYL 11024, HD 9, SEC 63 and I'll be loading win 98SE
