problem with window 7 new c need help

Just bought new Asus and internet checker game lets me play only one game won't let me replay anyone as it did on my old windows xp. Doesn't tell me who I'm playing either. Went to windows support tried resesting windows features like said still didn't work. They want 59 dollars to help me. Called Asus support said they couldn't help was windows problem. Please help. Disabled and checker game is very important to me I love to play. Thanks

Firstly make sure you are using INTERNET explorer and that both java and flash are installed

I think they're talking about the one in the games menu. Do any of the other games in that menu work differently than they did before?
