Internet Conection will only work under Safe Mode

I need your help badly, it's been a while since my computer has had this problem, all i can remember is going to bed one day and the next morning the internet connection didn't work at all, then I tried it under safe mode and it worked like a charm. I've been using the internet connection under safe mode, but it's getting quite annoying by now, PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I don't know which files are needed to be attached, but i already did the READ & RUN ME FIRST steps but it didn't fix my problem. Any help would be truly appreciated.

you should get help from the malware people. sounds like you have some malware. it might not hurt to run through it again and attach logs as instructed to a new post in the malware section.
