Internet Connection Issue

Hello, I have had an issue for a while now that is fairly strange I would say. Basically my internet connection often times sends wrong signals to websites or programs it seems like. A little hard to explain but I will try, sorry for the length.

Sometimes I'll log onto my gmail and see a message saying "A new login was detected" ect. showing my ip address and all that info, time/date. Yet that warning was made just by me logging in. Also issues with "Account Armor" in which you set your computer as a ip base I guess you could say that only allows you to login to certain programs, yet I'll get repeated denials to my own account armor which I then have to verify the process, put in a special code ect. The Steam gaming network is a good example of that.

Then there are websites sometimes giving me warnings that my connection is producing suspicious activities in which I'll have to enter captchas, also websites completely timing me out for a length of time, maybe 20mins to an hour. The last two I just mentioned are fairly rare, but they do happen every now and again.

Some things that I do that could contribute to this are that I regularly clear my internet browsers' history, clear my appdata/local/temp folder and my C:/Windows/temp folder . Its just a habit for me to do this as in my experience with malware and virus on past computers mostly stem from files or programs acting from those folders. And honestly it has worked, I rarely if ever nowadays have issues with malware or anything like that. But with that said I really can't think of any other reason for me to be receiving messages or warnings like this.

I don't use proxies or masked browsers, or programs that change my connection in any way. Nor do I browse in any suspect way or use special firewalls. Really the only program I use is called Advanced SystemCare 6.4, which I use to clear some junk files off my computer and its also good at thoroughly uninstalling programs.

I have been having these issues for a while now, maybe a year and a half. Its really just been kind of a nuisance honestly. I've never felt like or seen that these errors were caused by anything malicious, so I have just put off asking why this happens. But if anybody has seen anything like this and maybe could give some info, that would be appreciated, thanks.
