internet connection problem

    my grandaughter computer will not connect to the internet,was working fine 2 days ago...keeps saying the window wireless service is not running on this computer it is a emachine D520 with windows home basic 32 bit operating system,ant help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...thanks trash20001

    Press the Windows Key and the R key at the same time; this will bring up the Run command. Type
    Code:
    services.msc
    Look for the WLAN AutoConfig service and if it is started, stop it and then restart it.
    If it isn't started, start it and set it to Automatic

    Also, you may want to check the Wired AutoConfig service as well and make sure it is started and set to Automatic.
