internet does not go to my browser

when i load up internet explorer it goes here instead http://www.fling.com/pg/?prg=2&id=viperhold

a week ago avg caught two viruses. i hit the wrong button and excited out of window.

i have registry mech, deleted temp internet files and it still does it

help

 

sorry i should of run all the programs 1st.

i ran the programs and its still there.
