Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 help

I have dled the new Beta 2 and I have IE version 6.0.2900 how do I go about installing the beta?

Just install like you would anything else.
No need to try to UNinstall IE 6, if that was your question.
If you use CCleaner, be sure to uncheck 'Hotfix Uninstallers' checkbox on the 'Windows'>'Advanced' tab or you will have trouble going back to IE 6 should you later decide to.

and sometimes it needs to do this twice
Internet Explorer 7 Fails to Install from Specified User Account -- If you see an error message saying you cannot uninstall Internet Explorer 7 from this user account, and you're sure it's the account you used to install, or the original installation account has been removed, you can bypass the check by:
Click 'Run" and type 'regedit' from the Start menu
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft]InternetExplorer
Right click the 'Internet Explorer' key, choose 'new', and then 'DWORD value'
Enter 'InstalledByUser' as the name and hit 'Enter' to finish creating the new register key
Retry uninstalling Internet Explorer 7
