is it out yet and if it isnt then when will we get it will we get it in a normal update and do you guys think it will be any good

 

No, its not out yet.

When it is released, I'm certain it will be a downloadable update, or via Windows Update.

As for it being better, it certainly can't be worse than IE6.

oh ok i probubly wont use that tabbed browsing feature oh im hoping ie7 can block all pop ups those things are really annoying

 

IE6 does a decent job with that. I'd wager IE7 will work along the same lines.
