Internet Explorer Issue

I've just finished removing some malware off of my computer and I now can't get Internet Explorer to work. I am running IE 7 Beta 3. Whenever I go into it, it just shows a blank screen and I cannot navigate to any sites. When I try to maximize or close the window, I have to end it in task manager since it is not responding. I tried reinstalling it but it just does the same thing.

Many here use FireFox, have you tried an alternative browser yet?? M$ products often come into the market very buggy even though BETA3, cough, cough, and in some cases they will even charge you for this? FF is open source and fixed by, but more importantly, scrutinised by, the community. It is a far superior product and you can import IE bookmarks, etc etc,imho.

 

Ok, I mainly use firefox anyway but there are a few things I like to use IE for.

Oh, I just looked in there and it's not even showing up in Add/Remove programs anymore. It used to always be in there.

 

Ok, I just removed it from Windows components and then reinstalled it there and now it works. Thanks!!!
