Internet Explorer problem HELP!

Hi

A few days ago I got a trojan spyware on my computer I was able to delete it but it screw up my internet explorer, so now every time I try opening the explorer I get a message saying " Secure 32 path missing" I've been trying to uninstall the explorer and reinstall but every time I try to install it says that that the explorer is already installed and cannot update. I also tried removing all the explorere files and folders but no luck. IF anyone in here could help me how to remove completely the internet explorer and install it I will really gonna appreciate your Help.
