Internet Explorer problems

    Hi,

    I am having problems opening Internet Explorer as it keeps closing and says"a malfunctioning or malicious add on caused internet explorer to close"
    somehow it manages to recover eventually but the same happens when I open a new tab or try to attach anything.
    Also when I click on links it redirects to various shopping search sites and we use Limewire and any searches we put in that come out jumbled up.
    I have Norton and have updated it but it doesn't find anything now
    I have run through the procedures in READ ME FIRST but can't attach the logs. Is there an email address i can send them to or can I just paste them onto here?
    Any advise welcome.

    Hi there. Are you able to transfer the logs onto disk or flashdrive so that you can then use another computer to attach them here?
