Internet Explorer Resets Itself

    My Friend's IE will frequently, all of a sudden, reset itself in the FILE menu to WORK OFFLINE. Then she gets bounced offline. Does anyone have any idea why this happens? Or how to correct it?

    Give some info as to the Operating System, computer components, etc, and whether your friend is on dial-up or other.

    XP Pro on the wireless Laptop (the one in question)
    She's uses Verizon DSL
    she has a Linksys router
    she has 2 laptops and a pc
