Internet Explorer Shutting Down

Hi. I am a newbie. I have a problem with IE shutting down (TimingOut?) I am using a cable modem and after logging on have about 3 hours of use. Then IE just quits. I have to re-boot the computer to get IE to work again. Other than that the computer runs just fine. I have run Spybot, Ad-aware, CCleaner, Super Anti-spyware, and Error Doctor. The only bad thing that shows up is Spybot finds something called "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\BTIEIN". It cannot remove it. Could this be the problem? My system details are as follows: Dell Diminision 2350, Intel Celeron processor, 2.2 Gig, 512 MB RAM. Windows XP SP2. Can anyone please help? Thanks
