internet explorer virus

lately for the past week i have been dealing with a virus that has been giving me ads and clogging up some memory on my comp. it usually opens up when i run internet explorer and sometimes when IE isnt open. it always opens up another iexplore.exe whenever it opens. i have run many different scans(AVG, Housecall, Panda) in safe mode and normal boot mode and the scan removes the virus but it is still popping up after the scans. the virus is called eCJ8fWD5.exe and its a Trojan horse Generic10.AOWW. i think i know why it keeps coming back after it gets removed. theres also 4 other things detected that are related to my network adapter drivers. when they get removed by the antivirus, my internet doesnt work and it says there are no active network adapters found. is there any way to remove the virus/fix my network drivers? thanks for the help.
