Internet logs off with 1 user but not the other

Internet screens log off ok with one user but not the other.There are no problems logging on but everytime you log off using the normal method the box comes up with program not responding .If you log off by right clicking the toolbar everything is ok.I have run the Run and Readme and the system seems to be clean as any infected files etc have been removed .Although it is not a major problem it has become very annoying .So any help would be much appreciated.

 

What program name is the one not responding?

 

It dosn't matter which web site you are on even on home page the same box comes up Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and has to close.
Once you click on the OK box it comes up programme not responding ,send or don't send error report, when you click on this the window disappears as normal.
This is only happening with one user the other user is absolutely fine.
The only other thing that has happened is instead of Internet Explorer not
responding once the message was Doctor Watson De-bugging programme not responding but I don't know what this is .
