Need clarifacation I have seen a lot of post related to this removal but I am working on someone elses system who has never cleaned the system.

PROBLEM: can boot but the virus pop up comes up and the desktop is empty this is in safe mode I use the ctrl alt delete and end the processes and it still errors out on everything.

I can run through recovery console and do the removal up to the point of being able to run the appropiate cleaning protocalls but I just want to get someones feedback on the files I need to delete to get functionality back and
clean the system, apparently the virus has been ignored long enough to give quite a bit of control so any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you were able to get to the point where all tools were run then please attach all of the requested logs so that I can build you a fix. I cannot operate on guesswork, actual logs need to be seen.
