internet security

    Im not sure if Im in the right thread but please can some one help me. My internet security on my home base computer has run out and I need a good free internet security but not sure which one I should look out for. I would prefer if I can get it one that does it all the firewall anti virus etc. as not really into downloading loads and loads as knowing my luck by time Ive downloaded then all will have loads of viruses on the computer lol

    I am not a computer illiterate but not that literate on it either.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    We actually do not recommend using any internet security suites since they are all resource hogs. We recommend separate programs. And if you are looking for a free program, you would be better off going this route anyway since there are no really full suites that are free. Comodo Internet Security may be the closest and best bet but you will have to see how it performs for your system.
