    Hi all,

This is my first thread so if i make any mistakes do point it out.
So my problem started about a week ago. I noticed that my internet became very slow suddenly. I was using interenet explorer before this and I thought changing to firefox would help but the problem was still there.
My internet is not slow Im using an adsl2+ connection, I just think that it takes very long for a website to respond because sometimes things load fast, and most of the time everything just takes forever to load and it times out sometime too. I cant even attach files for my gmail.
One more thing is that ive noticed is my local area connection starting to act funny. when i reboot my pc or turn on from sleep mode, i always get this limited connectivity sign and when i click on the repair it, it always says that it failed to obtain new ip address. I always put it back to sleep and turn it on agian until i somehow get internet connection back. Thats all I can think of right now.
Ive done the tests you asked for which I've attached below.

    Thanks in advance guys,
    arance

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Based on your logs, I don't believe you are having malware problems. The first thing you should try is not using the wireless connection. Hardwire you PC to the ADSL modem or router (whatever you have) and see how things work. If that does not change anything than look into the below stuff you have installed and running:
Are Garena and TVersity things you knowingly installed. Garena is consider questionable.

Note: It appears that you have not updated Malwarebytes in a very very long time as you are extremely out of date.

    Hi chaslang,

    Thanks for your reply.
i am actually not connected to the internet through wireless connection. Im using LAN cable.
also, all these programs have been installed for quite some time already except for firefox which i installed recently due to the problem...
so judging from my posts, I am clear of malwares and viruses?

Then you may need to check your hardware.

    Yes you were clean.

Since you are not having malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /u
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /u, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
