    Hi. :)

    Before we continue I would like for you to use MSConfig to put this machine back into normal start up mode

    Uninstall Slick Savings

    Please rerun Hitman Pro and have it delete all items under the headings "Malware" and "Potential Unwanted Programs" Also... have it fix the item under the heading "Repairs"

    http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/9659/rktigzy.gif Fix items using RogueKiller.

    Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
    When it opens, press the Scan button
    Now click the Registry tab and locate these 3 detections:

    • [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKUS\.DEFAULT\[...]\Run : 6rxSNZ9zKU.exe ("C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\r7s9zDYTiQ8\6rxSNZ9zKU.exe" [-]) -> FOUND
    • [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKUS\S-1-5-18\[...]\Run : 6rxSNZ9zKU.exe ("C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\r7s9zDYTiQ8\6rxSNZ9zKU.exe" [-]) -> FOUND
    • [V2][SUSP PATH] AllmyappsUpdateTask : c:\users\neil - mellor\appdata\roaming\allmyapps\allmyappsupdater.exe check startup [x][x][x] -> FOUND

    Place a checkmark each of these items, leave the others unchecked.
    Now press the Delete button.

    ...and the same for this item on the file tab please.

    • [ZeroAccess][Junction] en-US : C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\en-US >> \systemroot\system32\config [-] --> FOUND

    When it is finished, there will be a log on your desktop called: RKreport[2].txt
    Attach RKreport[2].txt to your next message. (How to attach)
    Reboot the machine.

    Now Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.

    Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
    to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

    http://imageshack.us/a/img841/7292/thisisujrt.gif Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

    Re run a scan with Hitman again (just a scan) and attach a log.

    Explain how things are running.

    Hi,

    Followed the first few steps but thought it best to stop as things didnt quite go according to your instructions when using roguekiller......

    Items 1 & 2 were not present in the list after scan completed. Item 3 was so I selected just this and deleted it.

    This file wasn't present either after the scan completed?

    Ive attached the log for rogue killer again and Ill wait to make sure its ok to proceed any further with the regedit and junkware removal tools.

    Sorry if I'm being a pain

    Not being a pain at all. :)

    There are still some items showing in RK that we should remove, so let's do that now.

    http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/9659/rktigzy.gif Fix items using RogueKiller.

    Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
    When it opens, press the Scan button
    Now click the Registry tab and locate these 3 detections:

    • [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKCU\[...]\Run : Allmyapps Update (C:\Users\Neil Mellor\AppData\Roaming\Allmyapps\AllmyappsUpdater.exe check startup [7][x]) -> FOUND
    • [RUN][HJNAME] HKLM\[...]\Run : Mshost Manager (C:\Users\Neil Mellor\AppData\Roaming\svchost.exe [x][x]) -> FOUND
    • [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKUS\S-1-5-21-1154372071-1567104258-2202148945-1000\[...]\Run : Allmyapps Update (C:\Users\Neil Mellor\AppData\Roaming\Allmyapps\AllmyappsUpdater.exe check startup [7][x]) -> FOUND
    • [V2][SUSP PATH] AllmyappsUpdateTask : c:\users\neil - mellor\appdata\roaming\allmyapps\allmyappsupdater.exe check startup [x][x][x] -> FOUND

    Place a checkmark each of these items, leave the others unchecked.
    Now press the Delete button.
    When it is finished, there will be a log on your desktop called: RKreport[2].txt
    Attach RKreport[2].txt to your next message. (How to attach)
    Reboot the machine.

    Now continue on with the other steps too from my previous post.

    Before you explain how things are running, re run RK once more (just a scan) and attach log.

    Looks good. How are things running?

    Everything seems fine, boots fine and pretty quickly and everything else seems to be working as it should..........

    If everything is looking like its ok then is now a good time to toggle the system restore?

    Also is there anything else setting wise I would need to return back to normal?

    Thank you :)

    If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others) and running MGclean.bat did not remove them, you can delete these files now.
    7. If you are running Win 8, Win 7, Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below to flush restore points:
      • Refer to the instructions for your WIndows version in this link: Disable And Enable System Restore
      • What we want you to do is to first disable System Restore to flush restore points some of which could be infected.
      • Then we want you to Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    8. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
