Interpol Virus. Need Help.

Hey everyone, My laptop has somehow managed to contract the Interpol virus and this thing is crazy! I've been out of the loop for a while but was previously somewhat experienced with getting rid of nasty viruses. I'm not sure what to do with this one. It apparently deleted my restore points :cry at some point in the last day so that is no longer an option. I can get in to windows around it but am not sure what route to take now as I am behind the times. Any help would be greatly appreciated, geeks and geekettes!
