Wrong place. You need to follow the info over in the malware forum regarding checking your system for malware.

i used malwarebytes found no infection, nod32smartsecurity 6 no problems. (i think i've used wise care 365 for nothing system boots longer now after all problems solved). now, after reading read&run, i've disabled emulator drive and ran cccleaner for app and windows, rescan with malwarebytes=> nothing found. today this icon didn't appeard at win startup, but it did same yesterday(when i've noticed it) during restarts. malwarebytes doesn't detect anything no matter if icon program service malware or whatever it is, is in notification area or not.
can't click on it, can't find it in task manager. if i go with mouse over it 2 japanese letters apear.
does anyone knows what is this about?

Re the print screen, check the box in TaskMan to 'show the processes for all users' and you should be able to track down the process name and file path.

What happens when you right click or left click on the icon? I see you have the Wise Memory Optimizer running but, though not fmailiar with it's icon, would expect an icon showing the available memory (showing Japanese numbers?). Would this invisible icon disapper when you end this particular process?

It's a little difficult to read the text in the jpg, so what is the image name of the process listed with the description 'Windows Activation Technologies ???' something like watLOC.exe?

    Hi

I know you are frustrated but do please not insult people who are here to freely help you with your issue, not that's out of the way.

The screenshots don't actually add much as I know where Ken3 was coming from as IF there was any menu or option list for this icon or if you could doubleclick it to open up an application then that may hold clues.

Some thoughts and ideas as well as some questions to start with.

    1. Windows 7 updates all done as well as SP1?

    2. Installed much new software personally lately and before this icon showed up? trying to see if this could be malware related as if you have not installed any applications before this icon showed up then its likely malware or a freeware application has piggybacked another application install.

Any foreign sourced software you installed off foreign websites or download locations?

    3. Could you attach a list of your startups? please do follow the below guide as written.

What you could try to narrow the software down is to first off clear the notification area and use the below guide to do this:

    .

Then boot to Safe Mode with networking and see if it shows, if not then, boot into normal mode and either via CCleaner above or msconfig > startup, disable all startups and reboot, does it show?

If not then enable one startup at a time and reboot until the icon shows, when it shows the last application enabled is likely your cause.

Change the behaviour of the icon so that it always shows in the notification area (next to the clock), that may enable you to get more on it.

Do you have Daum Pot Player installed?

    hello david.
    1. no. it is not a genuie windows.
    2. turned off nod32 5 to search for username and passwords :(, it froze after some bad usernames so i've instaled nod32 6.
    3.

tell me if i still have to mess up the registry:D

@_nullptr i know, i've tried to post better jpg but mods don't let me. http://postimg.org/image/g0i1hkzil/full/ . watUX.exe is the image name.

@satrow i don't have pot player :). they are on always show icon bla bla. once again: i can't click right left scroll or any other click on this thing. the description (when cursor over it) is 2 japanese charchters. for past 2 weeks or so this thing disappeared when i put mouse over it. yesterday and today it didn't disappeared, and i haven't changed anything. so it really pissed me off

I am afraid we can not help you if you are using a bootleg version of Windows.
