Ios Download Speed Issue

Hi,
I have an iPhone 6 Plus & also an iPad 3.
I am 6 foot away from the wifi router.
Both items use the same network.
I've noticed lately the iPad isn't like what it used to be.

I have a app for speed test etc.
I carried out 3 testes on iPhone & ipad.

iPhone average download 62.63 & upload 17.63

iPad average download 33.20 & upload 17.61

Where can I start to look for why this is so different as I expect the iPad to be nearly the same.

Both are using the latest firmware etc.

Most likely you are running off of either 3G connections or 2G connections.If you are using a product that is 7 years old most likely 3G connection.

 

The iPad 3 is 7 years old.
You're lucky it can download at that speed.
