Ok this is a wierd on. I have run everything AVG, Adware SE, Spybot S&D, superantispyware. and not one found any issue

what is happening is my computer isn't getting an ip address with DHCP enabled i get an ip address of 169.254.66.242 with a subnet of 255.255.0.0 thanks it. Now if I static ip the machine I can't even gain access to the internet. Also if i go into command and type ipconfig -renew all i get a message "the operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for this operation."

    anyone have any idea?

We need all of the logs from the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide.

Please read through that topic and do the other steps suggested.

It also looks like you are running both AVG and Norton. You will need to pick one and completely uninstall the other.

there is no sign of norton on this computer. No files or directories. This isn't mine its a buddy of mines.

superantispyware didn't find anything and log was basicly empty so i didn't post it

Same think for malwarebytes didn't find anything log was basicly empty

    and i couldn't run Rootrepeal couldn't download.

I posted combofix and highjackthis log along with mglogs.zip

So you want the other two empty ones??

There are signs of Norton in the logs and that could be part of the problem so let's make sure it is completely removed.

Download the Norton Removal Tool (SymNRT) to your desktop.

Once downloaded please close ALL open browsers, also save any work because this may require a restart.

    * Go to your desktop and double click on the 'Norton_Removal_Tool' and then click Setup.
    * Once open Click Next
    * Accept the license agreement and click Next
    * Type in the letters/numbers that you see into the text box then click Next.
    * Then click Next and the tool will start running.
    * Once finished restart the PC.
    * Delete the 'Norton_Removal_Tool' from your desktop.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created.
