IP Changing Software

    Is there a program that can be used to change your IP address when uploading ads without having to use dialup and disconnect and reconnect between every ad? The company I work for sales things over craigslist and and is constantly having to reload ads after out competition flags them. Using dialup helps minimize this but it is incredibly slow. Any suggestions?
