IP Pool Malware and Web Site Question?

    Hey everyone I am new to here so Im sorry if I placed this in the wrong section. I am hoping someone can help me! I just had 2 web sites flagged today as "harmful to your computer" on google.

    If you type in younameitwewrapit.com and yourspotlite.com in the search field you will see what i mean. Now i know these sites are not dangerous i would never install anything to hurt others computers. I talked to my hosting company and they said I was part of an IP pool where they hack into my IP address and use it to install bad things into other peoples computers.

    How do I prevent this?? How can i keep my clients safe when they visit my web sites?? How do I get rid of it??

    any help anyone can offer would be great!

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    Sounds to me like the problem begins with your hosting company. This is not something we can address in the Malware Removal Forum. If you have malware on your PC that you develope web pages on, we can work on that. If your hosting company does not have adequate protection to stop illegal activity then you should find another hosting company.

    You may want to post this question in the Software Forum where you may be able to get more feedback from people who use web hosting servers to see what kind of protection the companies they use provide.

    It sounds like you need to get a new IP addess or you need to speak to google about this problem too.
