IP Tracking software

Hello All...

Need a little help with a hacking problem we're running into on one of our servers.

We thought we'd closed all ports on our router, but this hacker must be using a "back-door" program that re-opens a port maybe? I'm not really sure.

The hacker is ordering things online using our server remotely. The office manager sits there and watches on the server monitor as he/she does this.

We've not gotten the FBI involved. They're currently doing some research on the items he/she has ordered, by checking to see if the billing address matches the shipping address. But, they want to know of any initial IP addresses. So.....is there a piece of software out there that tells of incoming external ip addresses?

This may help you, but network packet data capture is not my strong point but it does give you a good amount of information as in source IP and destination IP etc
