iphone not syncing with itunes! please help!

    I upgraded to the new version of itunes. HUGE mistake. It stinks!!:mad

    after the upgrade itunes would lock up and my phone wouldn't sync. i also couldn't find several features i use a bit. long story short, downgraded back to old version.

    however, my phone still won't sync. it's like itunes doesn't even 'see' it.

    any suggestions?

    What iPhone model and what iOS is it running? As for syncing with iTunes, it has not changed from 10.x to 11.x. Now of course if you have a older iDevice, yes it can have problems with the newer iTunes.
